14 starting to do off road dirt biking what bike? - off road dirt bikes

Now in the 14 over 5'9 skinny, but I have assembled a very strong bike before but not for a while. IM starting to cut back on the dirt bike again, and now Im gonna get a bike, hopefully soon! What motorcycle do you recommend? I do not get anything higher than 1, the trash, because my father used to want to keep the purchase and sale of bicycles devil hold for atleast 1 years. Should I wheel a little whell? What is CC? What?
